Annual Kite Fly

We may not be at Wrigley, but lets hope the wind is blowing out anyway.

It’s time again for the annual Optimist Club of Des Plaines kite fly. It will be held on Saturday, May 19th, beginning at 10:00 a.m. The setting is once again Lake Park at Lee and Howard in Des Plaines. This free event is open to all children. Each participant will receive a free kite, raffle ticket, and lunch will be provided. In the event of rain, the date will be May 26th.
